LIFT by Les officially has 10 clients and we haven’t started the challenge yet or officially launched! This is super exciting and I’m very grateful for all the support you’ve given me so far, please let it continue.
The mission of LIFT by Les, if you don’t know, is to teach and guide clients so that they make healthy lifestyle choices, improve their quality of life, and feel confident in their newfound strength. LIFT by Les is specializing in substantial weight loss (15+ lbs) and leading a healthy lifestyle while living with chronic health issues or recovering from injury or illness. This specialization, however, doesn’t mean that I don’t have clients that are perfectly healthy and looking for some extra help or accountability (I got those too!)
True to the mission, I decided to take on my first 10 clients for free to help them achieve their goals and act as a proof of concept for my methods. I have a variety of clients: some that are living with chronic conditions; some are over 55; some have more than 20lbs to lose; one wants to be shredded for the beach and another is training for a half-marathon. Whatever their goal, I was willing to take it on.
I wanted to say a HUGE
to these clients for being the guinea pigs and trusting me with your fitness journey. I understand that hiring a coach or trainer can be really tough, but I’m so happy that you trust me enough to allow me the opportunity to work with you.
But just because my free client spots are filled, doesn’t mean I don’t have more to give! You can still sign up for the 12-Week Beginner’s Challenge and qualify for 1 of 5 free spots there too!
