I know I’ve been MIA from all of this. I needed a mental break. Things are crazy and I have to remember that building an empire is great, but my peace of mind is a lot more valuable. I’ve been absent from a lot of things in my life and I would like to get back to my fitness and blogging.
I’ve also been thinking a little too much about what my audience wants, instead of what I want to write about, and that’s not why I started this. I started this to write about the topics in health and fitness that I care about the most, and I haven’t really done that. I’ve needed some direction and I also need to get organized.
I am planning a content calendar for all things fitness-related and will be back October 1st. The content will be consistent across all my platforms: Twitch, the Blog, and Instagram. But I need to get my shit straight first. There’s a lot I want to accomplish in my life and I’m trying to do all of it at once and I just can’t right now. I have to focus on a few projects (namely this one), so that I can realize my dream of helping others achieve their fitness and health goals.
I am making a checklist so that I can get serious about coaching you guys and making this dream a reality. I hope that you’ll still come along for the ride. I’m only human and I want desperately to make this work. But there’s bumps in the road and sometimes your dreams have to be on the backburner for a minute to straighten out your other priorities.
So, I will post my content calendar for the blog later this week and we’ll start over again on October 1st.
