3 Gratitudes- 10/1/2019

Update: Had a smashing day yesterday, so I’m feeling really great coming into today.

Today I’m grateful for:

  • Having the strength to PR on my back squats at a lower weight than I was at before.
  • Morning sunrises during the fall (it’s especially nice this morning even if it’s not warm)
  • All of the new opportunities that I am working on and I’m excited about all of them

Whether you had a great day or a day of challenges, you can always find something to be thankful for, even if it’s something so small or something you take for granted.

If you’re having a really tough day, be thankful that you woke up this morning, that you have the opportunity create a day that is all yours, and that you have the opportunity today to change your life.
