I felt overly sensitive yesterday and my energy was low, but I’m still finding things to be grateful for, despite some challenges in my job and personal life I’m currently facing. So today I’m thankful for…
- the relationship that I have with my mom where I can talk to her about *almost* anything
- the friends that call me up and encourage me to participate in CrossFit competitions (he says “get a partner and sign up or we’re not friends anymore” lmao)
- My dog, who becomes more and more vocal as she becomes increasingly irritated with me, which makes me laugh.
If you’re having a hard time finding things to be thankful for, be thankful for the positive people in your life. Write them down by name and one way they are a positive impact in your life. These can be family members, acquaintances, friends, a significant other, a teacher/professor, really anyone you’ve had personal contact with.
