Happy Friday! We made it through another week! I hope that your week has been full of opportunities and activities that have enriched my life so far this week and I’ve been discussing a lot of on going projects and ideas with a wonderful business partner of mine.
I’m thinking of launching my own solo podcast, so if anyone has any ideas that could be related to L.I.F.T. By Les, that would be AWESOME. You can leave them in the comments.
Today I am thankful for:
- Dog parks for CB to run and play
- Quiet mornings and basic bitch coffee (yes, there is pumpkin spice creamer in my coffee)
- That my body doesn’t feel as bad as I thought it would and I feel ready for this Open Workout today.
If it’s hard to be thankful today, be thankful that it’s Friday and for the plans you have to look forward to! Even if you’re by yourself, there’s no shame in doing things alone (more on this on Mindful Monday).
My CrossFit Open Prep post drops on Sunday, 10/13, so you can still perform your best in the Open even if you’re not RX-ing. I’ll also be sure to post a great warm-up today from Active Life, a company that is changing the industry by teaching coaches and trainers to address underlying issues and prevent pain in the first place, rather than correcting it once it occurs.
