Gratitudes 10/16/2019

We’re through the longest days of the week (Monday and Tuesday) and now it’s Wednesday! The end of this week is holding a lot for me and I got great news yesterday, so I am buzzing today.

While I have a lot to choose from, today I am most thankful for:

  • Being productive at work and cultivating all the new sales opportunities that I can
  • The supportive community at CrossFit717 and all its members
  • Improving myself week after week in all areas of my life.

If you’re having a rough day, be thankful for all the progress you’ve made in different areas of your life: in your personal life, family life, hobbies, in your work life, maybe it’s progress in the gym. Whatever the progress is, specifically point out what you’ve improved and be thankful for that today.
