Did you do 20.2 yesterday? Let me know how you did! I got the recovery video from Active Life coming tomorrow for y’all. I did the scaled workout and got 19 rounds +17 reps (so close to 20 rounds!)
Anyway, today is already looking great. This morning, I am grateful for:
- Having coffee with my mom this morning and getting to catch up with her (I missed her A LOT)
- Evening tea- it’s a thing during the fall, winter, and first part of spring for me. It’s nice to have at night
- The opportunity to take my mom to Hershey today and spend the whole weekend with her.
If you’re finding it hard to be thankful today, be thankful for the seasons and be thankful for your favorite fall things, whatever they are: apple cider, pumpkin spice, ugg boots, vodka (just kidding), spooky attractions, colder weather, etc.
