How was 20.2? I thought it was another lung burner and I came up just short of 20 rounds (19+17). I tried to do an EMOM-style, but there just wasn’t enough recovery time between sets. I could have done this workout RX, but I felt rundown more than usual. Also, I don’t practice my double-unders consistently, which means that it would have been really bad.
