Let me be real. I am struggling a bit today. I feel frustration and a little bit of disappointment. It happens though and I’m going to manage it accordingly.
Documenting my gratitude is very important to me today so that I can continue to keep my perspective in check and keep my head up. Life attacks you really hard but I trust that everything will settle so that I’m better off.
Today I am thankful for:
- My raised self-awareness because I write down my gratitudes daily.
- the ability to recognize that I developed as much as I could in my current position and I need to move on
- the ambition, determination, and confidence to pursue something close to my dream
If it’s a tough day, be thankful for the self-awareness you developed. Be thankful for the awareness to recognize when you need a break, when you need a change, and what bothers you without embodying the frustration or anger.
