As you know, I told you that I would have a free meal planner and tracker for you available. It’s not anything fancy or designer, but it’s functional. This meal planner is based on the IIFYM (if it fits your macros) model but can accommodate any diet or meal plan that you’re on and tracking.
I’m a no nonsense girl, so I thought your meal tracker should also be no nonsense. Use it for however many meals and/or snacks you have during the day and remain focused.
Did you know that people who track what they’re eating, even just writing down what they ate, lose more weight than those that don’t track their food at all???
You should probably get on that, even if your goal is just to eat better.
