Hello Friday, hello weekend, hello to ALL OF YOU.
Happy Friday, guys. I’m so happy that you all made it this far and that we’re at the end of yet another week. Thanksgiving is next week too, and the gratitude for everything I’ve experienced this year swells my heart.
Now that Mercury Retrograde is over, the energy of the universe cleared and probably revealed aspects of your life that you’re not liking, somethings that you’re learning to accept about yourself, and teaching you to love the parts of yourself that maybe aren’t so pretty right now.
Guess what? THAT’S OKAY! It’s okay to accept the parts of yourself that aren’t your best qualities, as long as you’re devoting time to improve them. Sometimes your quirks are your quirks too. It makes you who you are.
I hope that you’re learning to accept yourself and power through any situation you’re running across with grace and patience. Even if you lose it, it probably just means you’ve hit a limit (for now) and that you need to take a step back and rest for a minute.
Anyway, today I am thankful for:
- The cleared energy of the universe and feeling lighter overall.
- the positivity I’ve been feeling this week and channeling that into my work and into the blog. It’s also translated into a lot of dancing at CrossFit this week too. I’m not mad.
- Pouring into myself and into others after finally filling my cup back up by taking the time for myself that I needed.
