Looking Ahead: Planning for 2020

So what’s next for LIFT by Les? I tried a lot of different things this year, and crashed and burned in the process. Planning is key here, so I want to let you guys know what to expect going forward.

Daily Gratitude is Moving to Medium

Don’t worry! Through my friend link, you’ll still be able to view the Daily Gratitude for FREE through my Medium publication: The Gratitude Journal. This will help declutter the website and move more meaningful content up on LIFT by Les.

You’ll See More Structured Content

In an effort to better appeal to your interests, I will be planning content better using analytics to bring you better insights and help you engage more. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, so I need to be writing relevant content!

Coaching Services Will Change

Rather than having just ongoing coaching, I’m going to do a better job of solving your problems and achieving your goals by doing a solid consultation with you and then giving you a timeline to achieve your goal. We all know it’s not just about running a marathon or doing a muscle-up; it’s about your happiness, fulfillment, and overall quality of life. I’ll be basing my pricing on that. If you’re looking for a basic workout plan or nutrition plan, I can do that too. If you want ongoing coaching services, we’ll talk about what you want in terms of accountability, engagement, goals, etc.

This is an effort to not waste your time or money, but provide value by achieving your goals and be happy. If I can teach you in one session, great. If you need coaching for 12 weeks or 52 weeks, we’ll talk about that too. This is about you and your goals. I want you to live your life, not check in with me every day or spend 30 minutes on the phone with me a week when there’s no need.

This is about service and getting you from point A to point B. You can still book my services through my Square portal 🙂

We’ll have Guest Bloggers!

I’ll be asking experts in my community to weigh in on topics that matter to you! I hope to have a guest blogger once a month on one of the three subjects I cover: mindfulness, healthy eating, and fitness. I’m excited for them to share their knowledge with you!

You’ll See Less Facebook Engagement

In an effort to reach more people and dial in my focus, I will not be utilizing Facebook as the main social media page, although it might seem more active than usual. I’ll be using Instagram and Pinterest more in 2020, and will create some content specifically for these visual platforms. I can also share more content outside of the blog using these platforms as well.

What won’t Change? My Desire to Help You Improve Your Life

These changes are all for you, my readers! I want to deliver relevant content that you’ll use in your everyday life, but I can’t do that if I’m not focused! By better planning out my content, being more intentional about social media, and establishing a better relationship focused on meeting goals, not the usual subscription service, I can focus more on my other activities, learn more, and not suck changing how we perceive fitness, health, and emotional stability.

I hope that you’re ready for 2020! You’re going to hit your goals and you’re going to live the life you always wanted. I’m going to guide you.

In love and light,
